It reminds me of dried car wax that never got removed. I will check FedEx rates for USA buyers once I know your zip code.

It ran, but only in 1 direction. I don't see any signs of a repaint job but, I m not an expert.

Please be specific about what you want to see. I don't know which is correct. This unit is approximately long and weighs 5 lb.

It reminds me of old house paint that has started blistering or cracking after years of weather exposure. It should make a fine addition to your layout and or collection.

The maroon paint does show some distressed areas. FedEx gives faster delivery than parcel select and standard post and is sometimes cheaper. The lights work fine when switched in either direction.

Some of the wiring looks good, some looks bad see pictures. It is dirty.

I do not have any standard gauge track, so I put it on wood blocks and touched transformer leads to the rail contact wheels. I can see traces of a white powdery film.

The pictures make it look red but, I assure you, it is maroon. There is a lever on 1 side to change directions but, it only ran in 1 direction. Buyer to pay shipping according to the shipping calculator.

Again, I am not an expert, so ask questions. There are some scratches, a few signs of very minor rust corrosion. So you should be able to pull some good size loads.

I am offering this hard to find Lionel 380 standard gauge electric locomotive from then maroon color. I don't see any major defects I m not counting the wiring or obvious missing parts. I've seen various combinations of the accessory hardware on top.
