While the transformer has not been hooked up and tested on a train set, I did hook volt-meter to all four-sets of power outputs got voltage readings from them. It comes with the instructions and a gray piece of wire. There are holes on the bottom so that it may be mounted to a wall. Cosmetically, the transformer looks very nice.
MRC: Twinpower HO Scale Train Control model 202 UL Transformer Vintage! Tested with Volt-meter!, condition: appears to be in great shape.
