The PTB-100 is neither needed or recommended for use with the IMO MX1 Len LVZ100. Certain command stations allow you to read a CV during Service Mode programming, which is useful verify its current setting. If the decoder is otherwise working properly .e. Responds properly on the mainline to speed and direction commands, but command station is having troubles reading CV data from decoder, it may be due incompatibilities between electrical requirements of sound decoder which are different conventional decoders added audio circuitry characteristics programming track.
