So even though you see a decoder in that photo this offers does not include decoder, just the command 2000 console sealed its box.

However I remind you good packing takes time and costs money. In all honesty, I do not know much about this item.

What I can say is that capable of controlling up to 10 locos at a time and it requires volt ac or dc power source.

Ad090 command 2000 dcc system that is new in its box with instructions. It also has a mode switch that makes sure you can use with all scales. Unfortunately I am not able to be an expert on everything that has ever been made, but do my best accurately describe each item.
