For HO and N gauge model railroads. This was made around 1980. Please see second to last photo for. I was able to connect it my oscilloscope and see that had - V DC output changed polarity with the switches.
However, due the age of this and that I have no way to fully test it, it is sold AS-IS not returnable. HEATHKIT RP-1065 model Railroad Power Supply / Throttle for railroading realism. I have no way to fully test this, as model railroads. I also checked the pulse output and found it to be variable settable in polarity width .
Finally,note that the right side has a couple of dents in case. Please see the last photo. Very Nice Condition. I did remove the cover and saw no internal damage.
