Also, no resistors were needed since the tortoise machines limited the current through the diodes. Included is the jumper which is used for setting the accessory number for each of the 8 positions. One diode 5mm was at the control panel while the second 3mm was track side for easy recognition of the switch direction.

The switch 8 had no problem powering this setup. I was able to operate a cross over by having one position on the switch 8 control two tortoise machines. I used the units with circuitry tortoise switch machines along with 2 bipolar diodes in series for each switch machine.

For sale is a used Nce switch 8 dcc accessory decoder for controlling up to 8 per decoder slow motion or stall switch machines. These units were functioning well when I removed them from my layout which I have dismantled.
