It has never even had batteries installed. I purchased two TCS throttles. They have been stored in doors in temperature and humidity controlled conditions. SHIP TO ADDRESS WITHIN USA ONLY PLEASE They have many uses but in my case, it was an effort to find a solution problems with the radio portion of NCE DCC system.

It turns out that I will probably never have a need for this second TCS throttle. It has stayed in its box since I received it. The TCS throttle is a complete success. I am not impressed with it.
