Details:

E unit for forward neutral reverse operation all the flags are present sorry missing the manual approximately inches long the box is seriously shelf worn with creasing, rips and tape holding it together. As you can see from the pictures, cosmetically this engine looks spectacular. I don't think this would be noticeable when the engine is running, but I am not sure because I don't have a standard gauge set up to test this engine coming in 2015. It has some scratches on top of the frame, where the engine body has rubbed on the frame when it goes around curves.

I didn't picture this issue because I didn't notice it until I placed the engine back in the box. For larger or more expensive items I ship with FedEx.

It is not dusty or dirty or tarnished at all.

Lionel issued this engine in 1989 with the following features formed steel construction durable enamel finish original build a loco engine latch couplets operating headlights front and rear brass, copper and nickel plated accents look great. Working panto graphs sprung front and rear trucks illuminated red and green marker lights on front and rear nickel plated wheels weighted for increased traction heavy engine. I love the Lionel classic line and this is a great example of a modern remake.
